Architectural Review Process

Prior to any of the following property projects, you shall get approval from the HOA prior to beginning the project:

• Walls, fence, hedge line, more than three feet in height
• Any structure added, altered, or placed on your property

 

1. Submit the Architectural Review Submission Request form as early as possible.

   2. Request a printed form (see contact tab on website)
2. The architectural committee representative will contact you for further details, if needed.  
3. The committee representative will review the request and make a recommendation to the board.
4. The board will prepare a letter with the approval or denial of project to the requester.
   1. The letter will be sent via email (PDF) or arrangements made to deliver the letter.
